Sriram uncle or auntie , for your kind information if you are my dad and beat my mum definitely you deserve to get punishment as per the IPC LAW blackmailing, attempt to murder and hurt to injury is already there, but definetely not the family killer 498A is required.

If you're mum does not harass your dad, then why you need 498a only for your mum?

If your mum does not do any thing 498A will not be used in that case at all..very simple, so let make this 498A applicable for both mum and dad and who ever will ask illegal money/property instead of earning the same by their hard work, will go to jail.

"Suicide is a Nobel work or a Crime?"

Last Saturday, come back from my Dadi's house and open the Internet, Open the TV once again.

One of my auntie raised the question that Young girls are making Suicide, as they get dumped by their boy friends.

Then I found the suicide statistics :-

However, among divorced males the suicide rate is 164 per 100,000 persons, but even in this class, among females the rate is only 63 per 100,000. While the suicide rate for separated men is about 167, for females it is only 41 per 100,000 persons.

Above statistics are surprising but is reality. Culturally India is very inclined/respected/supportive to women and the advantage taken by women organizations."

But who cares?

The Question arises to my mind:-

"Suicide is a Nobel work or a Crime?"

Are we ready to educated our self first and clear in our mind, "Suicide is a Nobel work or a crime?"

Indian LAW says attempt to suicide is a crime, but the punishment will be to the men/boys only without any investigation and the men have to prove that the women have not made the suicide for the harassment done by men.( Special dadagri LAW like 498A,304B,DV act)

On the other hand when a Men/boy attempts suicide, the LAW is well placed and there is no punishment to the women/girls, let the women/girls dump the men/boy or blackmail to earn the money.

If it is a Nobel work, then there is no need to cry for them.

If it is not a Nobel work, that is nothing but the terrorist mind set.

And our LAW maker ensuring all the effort that, people prefer Suicide as a tools to hide their own crime.

My some auntie says, People Suicide due to loss of Hope.

Now the question, what is to be defined as a "Hope"?

Is it getting some thing as a whole sale free lincence?

It seems the Modern LAV and KUSH are really comitted to punish thier dishonest mother , as on 23/10/05 at ZEE NEWS Crime file programe shows a 9 years old child how slap his mother for killing his father .
His father was killed by her mother along with her lover and other four hired gunda . She herself open the door in the night and invite them inside the house and kill her husband .
The samll child was the wittness of that crime and came out openly against his mother and in front of TV Camera he slaps his mother with a lot of anger .
So , will our LAW maker understand that the punishment should be as per Crime instead of any sex , gender or religion ??
Killing the instituion of Marriage , nothing but the Terrorist Activity , when they will understand this ??
No they will not do that , as they do not belive to improve the life of common people . They make the LAW with a intention to gather the Voate bank and to earn the money by dishonest way only .
